關(guān)門(mén)時(shí)間：根據(jù)慣例，大致要求選手平均速度保持在18-19公里/每小時(shí)。但因距離不同地形不同，以組委會(huì)最后的規(guī)定時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。騰沖挑戰(zhàn)賽的關(guān)門(mén)點(diǎn)關(guān)門(mén)時(shí)間將在賽道線路最后確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后更新公布。

參賽資格要求

1、現(xiàn)役在冊(cè)的自行車(chē)職業(yè)選手不能參加本項(xiàng)賽事

自行車(chē)職業(yè)選手的定義：出現(xiàn)在UCI注冊(cè)車(chē)隊(duì)名單上的選手均被視為職業(yè)選手。包括UCI職業(yè)巡回賽車(chē)隊(duì)、洲際職業(yè)隊(duì)、洲際隊(duì)、精英山地車(chē)隊(duì)、山地車(chē)隊(duì)，以上車(chē)隊(duì)及選手名單均可在UCI官網(wǎng)上可以查詢到。但被上述車(chē)隊(duì)聘為“榮譽(yù)客座車(chē)手”或者品牌代言人的頂尖業(yè)余車(chē)手不被視作職業(yè)選手。

2、健康狀況

參賽選手必須為身體健康，能熟練掌握自行車(chē)騎行相關(guān)技能的非專(zhuān)業(yè)自行車(chē)運(yùn)動(dòng)愛(ài)好者均可報(bào)名參賽；有任何發(fā)熱、感冒、心臟病、高血壓等影響比賽的身體疾病者，服用任何影響神智的飲品、酒類(lèi)、藥物者，組委會(huì)有權(quán)拒絕其參賽。

3、參賽裝備

參賽選手的自行車(chē)、頭盔、裝備、護(hù)具等自備，所用器材必須符合中自協(xié)有關(guān)規(guī)定和組委會(huì)的要求，否則不得參加比賽。比賽時(shí)必須始終正確佩戴安全頭盔，無(wú)頭盔者，不得參賽。途中摘掉頭盔者，裁判有權(quán)取消其參賽資格。

4、參賽車(chē)輛要求

公路自行車(chē)應(yīng)為符合該項(xiàng)目規(guī)則標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的使用彎把公路大組賽賽車(chē)，鐵人三項(xiàng)比賽中所用自行車(chē)的“休息把”不允許在本比賽中使用。山地車(chē)限26/27.5/29英寸車(chē)輪直徑，輪胎寬度為1.5英寸及以上。另外，所有參賽車(chē)輛在賽前必須拆除可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致傷害的非必要配件(如：車(chē)鎖、車(chē)筐、腳撐、后貨架等)

a.本地選手報(bào)名折扣

保山地區(qū)（長(zhǎng)期在保山地區(qū)居住生活）的參賽選手，每站報(bào)名優(yōu)惠減免50元。

請(qǐng)選手上傳證明材料：身份證、居住證，保山地區(qū)企事業(yè)工作單位證明（有公章）,以上三種證明任何一個(gè)均可。

折扣享受方式：報(bào)名時(shí)按正常報(bào)名價(jià)格全額繳費(fèi)，并按規(guī)定提交證明材料，審核通過(guò)的選手，組委會(huì)將于9月25日-9月27日集中辦理退還50元，退還方式為繳費(fèi)原渠道退還。

b.格蘭芬多老選手報(bào)名折扣

凡是參加過(guò)任何三屆格蘭芬多賽事的選手，即可申請(qǐng)粉絲優(yōu)惠減免50元。

折扣享受方式：報(bào)名時(shí)按正常報(bào)名價(jià)格全額繳費(fèi)，并在相應(yīng)選項(xiàng)勾選參賽年份，組委會(huì)在報(bào)名結(jié)束后統(tǒng)一檢索數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，確認(rèn)選手歷年參賽信息符合折扣政策后，組委會(huì)將于9月25日-9月27日集中辦理退還50元。

4、報(bào)名注意事項(xiàng)

（1）如需更改組別、車(chē)隊(duì)名稱、聯(lián)系電話等報(bào)名信息，請(qǐng)以書(shū)面形式發(fā)送郵件到組委會(huì)；報(bào)名截止后，不再接受更改。組委會(huì)郵箱地址：info@nordicways.com

（2）一旦報(bào)名成功后，不得轉(zhuǎn)讓參賽名額。如因不可抗力原因情況，在9月25日前提出申請(qǐng)，可退還80%報(bào)名費(fèi)。9月25日后不再接受不可抗力原因提交的退賽申請(qǐng)。申請(qǐng)成功后，相關(guān)費(fèi)用將在賽后7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)按原路退還。

（3）選手有退賽退費(fèi)需求，應(yīng)直接填寫(xiě)賽事電子手冊(cè)《退賽申請(qǐng)》表單來(lái)提交退費(fèi)信息。組委會(huì)接受申請(qǐng)并核實(shí)相關(guān)證明無(wú)誤后，將在15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將款項(xiàng)退回至選手的指定收款賬戶。

（4）后勤產(chǎn)品（含代訂賓館服務(wù)、接送機(jī)服務(wù)）退定退款:

2023年9月25日24:00以前，組委會(huì)將扣除已繳納后勤付費(fèi)的20%作為退定手續(xù)費(fèi)。

2023年9月26日00:00及以后，組委會(huì)概不接受任何退賽退費(fèi)申請(qǐng)。

（5）所有報(bào)名參賽者都必須仔細(xì)閱讀、如實(shí)、完整、清楚填寫(xiě)參賽報(bào)名表及其他條款，如因?qū)�賽事條款不清晰、填寫(xiě)不清楚造成組別不正確、對(duì)競(jìng)賽信息理解有誤或是保險(xiǎn)信息有誤等，造成的損失由本人自行負(fù)責(zé)。

2、簽到地點(diǎn)：文治廣場(chǎng)

3、運(yùn)動(dòng)員簽到時(shí)需攜帶個(gè)人有效身份證明（如身份證、戶口簿、護(hù)照、臺(tái)胞證等），以便對(duì)個(gè)人身份進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。

4、簽到時(shí)繳納計(jì)時(shí)器押金：200元/人，比賽結(jié)束后憑完好的計(jì)時(shí)器芯片，于2023年9月30日19:30前辦理退還押金，逾期組委會(huì)有權(quán)不予受理；如有遺失，照價(jià)賠償。

5、完賽紀(jì)念牌在參加組別比賽后終點(diǎn)領(lǐng)取。

賽事技術(shù)規(guī)定

1、本次賽事執(zhí)行中國(guó)自行車(chē)協(xié)會(huì)最新審定的《自行車(chē)競(jìng)賽規(guī)則》。

2、比賽實(shí)行大組統(tǒng)一出發(fā)。

3、參賽選手和自行車(chē)須按規(guī)定正確佩戴和安裝組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一配發(fā)的號(hào)碼布與車(chē)牌。

4、關(guān)門(mén)時(shí)間：出于城市交通壓力的考慮，組委會(huì)對(duì)長(zhǎng)距離組選手設(shè)置最低均速要求，我們會(huì)在比賽中設(shè)置關(guān)門(mén)點(diǎn)和關(guān)門(mén)時(shí)間，如果您在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)未能到達(dá)規(guī)定的點(diǎn)位，那么將會(huì)被強(qiáng)制收容，不得繼續(xù)比賽。如果不聽(tīng)勸阻，強(qiáng)行繼續(xù)騎行，一切后果自負(fù)。

5、只有官方報(bào)備過(guò)的賽事專(zhuān)用工作車(chē)、救護(hù)車(chē)、媒體采訪車(chē)等才允許比賽期間在賽道上行駛，其他任何車(chē)輛嚴(yán)禁進(jìn)入賽道。不允許參賽隊(duì)隊(duì)車(chē)跟隨比賽。

6、2023年的七彩云南格蘭芬多自行車(chē)節(jié)-騰沖挑戰(zhàn)賽長(zhǎng)距離組別只允許公路自行車(chē)車(chē)型參賽，短距離組別分為公路自行車(chē)車(chē)型和山地自行車(chē)車(chē)型。不允許礫石車(chē)型、折疊車(chē)型等其他車(chē)型參賽。

7、參賽選手需要提前至少15分鐘進(jìn)入比賽出發(fā)區(qū)等待發(fā)車(chē)，選手必須正確的進(jìn)入自己的出發(fā)區(qū)。出發(fā)A區(qū)為長(zhǎng)距離公路車(chē)組精英選手出發(fā)區(qū)，出發(fā)B區(qū)為長(zhǎng)距離組公路車(chē)出發(fā)區(qū)，出發(fā)C區(qū)為短距離組公路車(chē)出發(fā)區(qū)，出發(fā)D區(qū)為短距離組山地車(chē)出發(fā)區(qū)。

8、騰沖挑戰(zhàn)賽線路具有挑戰(zhàn)性，技術(shù)含量高。部分路面會(huì)有破損情況，起伏彎曲，下坡也會(huì)有急彎。自身安全第一，不要盲目跟隨大部隊(duì)，影響視線和判斷。

9、云南省許多地方海拔較高，日照強(qiáng)烈，請(qǐng)大家特別注意高原反應(yīng)和防止曬傷，如出現(xiàn)呼吸困難和頭痛等不舒服的癥狀，請(qǐng)不要逞強(qiáng)堅(jiān)持，健康安全永遠(yuǎn)放在第一位。對(duì)高海拔敏感的人，建議選手可以提前到達(dá)適應(yīng)環(huán)境。

10、為了公平的比賽，在任何情況下，選手之間不能相互助力，相互推坡，一旦被發(fā)現(xiàn)或被舉報(bào)（誰(shuí)舉報(bào)誰(shuí)舉證原則）組委會(huì)仲裁組將對(duì)犯規(guī)1次的行為處以至少1小時(shí)的計(jì)時(shí)追加，對(duì)犯規(guī)1次以上的選手將直接取消比賽資格和比賽成績(jī)。

11、比賽成績(jī)申訴：對(duì)成績(jī)有異議的選手可在賽后30分鐘內(nèi)向仲裁組提出申訴申請(qǐng)，并繳納300元申訴押金。如果申訴有效，押金將全額退還。

12、頒獎(jiǎng)儀式非常重要，請(qǐng)所有獲獎(jiǎng)選手必須提前到位，準(zhǔn)時(shí)出席。如遇特殊情況，請(qǐng)?zhí)崆鞍才糯�理人上臺(tái)領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)。未按時(shí)參加頒獎(jiǎng)儀式的選手視為放棄獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

Note: now it is the raining season in Tengchong, and some tracks have damaged and landslide conditions, so the final track of Tengchong Challenge will be confirmed and updated in August. If there is any change, please pay attention to the following notice.

As usual, minimum speed requirement will be around 18-19 km/h. However, due to different distances and terrain, the last time will  specified by the organizing committee. The cut-off times for GF Tengchong will be communicated in due course. 

Eligibility requirements：

1.Active registered professional cyclists are not allowed to participate in this event.

2.Participants must be in good health, can master the skills of cycling related non-professional cycling enthusiasts can register. The Organizing Committee has the right to reject the participants who have any physical illness affecting the competition, such as fever, cold, heart disease, high blood pressure, or taking any drink, alcohol, or medicine affecting their mental state.

3.Participants are personally responsible to ensure their bicycle, gear and other equipment are fit for the task.

4.Requirements for participating vehicles: The road bike shall meet the rules and standards of the event using the handlebar road race car. The "rest bar" of the bicycle used in the triathlon competition is not allowed to be used in this competition. Mountain bikes are limited to 26/27.5/29 inch wheel diameters and tire widths of 1.5 inches or more. In addition, all participating vehicles must remove non-essential accessories that may cause injury (such as: lock, basket, foot brace, rear shelf, etc.) before the race.

4.Participants will receive the following event souvenirs upon check-in/completion of the race:

(1) Race materials (including race manual, number plate, number book and deposit bag);

5.Maxium entry to each stage is 800.

6.Once the registration is successful, the quota cannot be transferred. If the application is submitted before September 25 due to force majeure, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. Withdrawal applications for force majeure will no longer be accepted after September 25. After successful application, the relevant fee will be refunded within 7 working days after the game.

7.All participants must carefully read and clearly fill in the entry form. If the event conditions are not clear, the categories are incorrect, the competition information is incorrectly understood or the insurance information is incorrect, etc., the losses caused by them shall be borne by themselves.

Event technical regulations:

1.This event will implement the latest "Cycling Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Cycling Association.

2.The competition will be unified in large groups.

3.Participants and bicycles shall wear and install the bibs and license plates issued by the Organizing Committee in accordance with regulations.

4. There will be a minimum speed requirement and thus time limits for the long and short distancecourses. Please be aware of the cut-off times at check points because we must stop you if you are slower than the announced time limit for the day. If yourefuse to stop, you will be entirely self-responsible and you might run intodifficulties with local authorities, who are setting clear regulations for ourevent.

5.Only official vehicles, ambulances, media vehicles, etc. are allowed to drive on the track during the race, and any other vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering the track. Team cars are not allowed to follow the race.

6.The long distance category of GF Tengchong only allows road bikes to participate, while the short distance category is divided into road bikes and mountain bikes. Gravel models, folding models and other models are not allowed to compete.

7.Participants need to enter the starting area at least 15 minutes in advance to wait for the start of the race. Participants must enter their starting area correctly. Departure area A is the departure area for the elite riders of the long-distance road group, departure area B is the departure area for the long-distance road group, departure area C is the departure area for the short-distance road group, and departure area D is the departure area for the short-distance mountain bike group.

8.GF Tengchong circuit is challenging and highly technical. Part of the road will be damaged, undulating bending, downhill will also have sharp bends. Own safety first, do not blindly follow the big troops, affect the vision and judgment.

9.Many places in Yunnan Province are high in altitude and have strong sunshine. Please pay special attention to altitude sickness and prevent sunburn. If you have uncomfortable symptoms such as breathing difficulty and headache, please do not insist. For people who are sensitive to high altitudes, it is recommended that players can arrive early to adapt to the environment.

10.For the sake of fair competition, in any case, players should not help each other, push each other, once found or reported (who reports the principle of proof), the arbitration team of the Organizing committee will impose a minimum of 1 hour of time on the behavior of 1 violation, and the player who commits more than 1 violation will be directly disqualified and disqualified.

11.Competition result appeal: Players who have objections to their results can apply to the arbitration team within 30 minutes after the game, and pay 300 yuan appeal deposit. If the appeal is valid, the deposit will be refunded in full.

12.The award ceremony is very important, all winners must arrive in advance and attend on time. In case of special circumstances, please arrange an agent to accept the prize in advance. Any contestant who fails to attend the award ceremony on time will be deemed to have given up the award.
